Terms of Service

By using Clipo (the "Service"), operated by Clipo, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret and for everything uploaded with them. You must be at least 13 years old.

Acceptable use

Do not upload or link to content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or harasses or exploits people. Do not use the Service as a CDN for high-traffic websites or to circumvent other services' limits. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and serve it as the Service requires (for example to generate thumbnails and serve links).

Paid plans

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep copies of anything important.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
